With the year 2009 at its end, many are evaluating and re-evaluting the resolutions, progress and the accomplishments of the year gone by.  Some  entrepreneurs did not reach their goals for whatever reason.  The internet marketing business requires time and effort unlike a nine to five, brick and mortar job.  So some got a little discouraged when the economy took a nose dive and the world around them began to fray or fall apart. 

Some of us reach our goals and experienced dreams that came true.  But the buck does not stop here.  If you are in the numbers of individuals that did acquire success in your endeavors and reach your finishline, now is the time to start a new race.  On the internet as with many other types of business that delivers great success, we are always in training for the next level.  A longer race, a higher mountain, a deeper sea or whatever your heart chooses to call it.  None the less, it is not over as opposed to a new beginning.  Another step up on your staircase to success, which by the way is a journey and not a destination.  Your reached goals are a destination that take you to the next opportunity to grow. 

So with 2010 here and waiting for your next move, the first move you need to make is to determine where you want to go by New Years Eve next year.  Your goal list must include your action list.  Making a list of goals will not get you to your dreams and suitable lifestyle.  The action you take to get there is the fuel that makes your vehicle (goals) advance.  Decide how much time and money will you invest to continue training and learning the most current technology and information.  And last but not least at all, is what will your celebration look like?  I am looking forward to traveling with you on that journey for the next amazing year!

Building a business, especially online is a time consuming project and it is easy to get distracted in the course of a day.  Time management becomes extremely important to insure that ample time is created or set aside to get done the prior items that utimately make money.  And after all, making money is the name of the game. 

So the first thing you must do to create a managed environment is to get organized.  I sometimes have difficulty with this because I tend to write post it notes and after a while they pile up.  The next thing you know, I am not getting anything done since I am fishing through the pile trying to find the things I did not complete before.  The easiest way to avoid this is to put on a new post it the items not completed at the top and throw the old list away.  The next morning you can add to the list items that need attention during that day but paying particular attention to priority money making tasks.

Another way to maximize your time is to outsource things that can be easily done by others. This leave the more important priority items to you direct attention to complete.  Yes, it will cost a few dollars to get some kind of assistant however, the money you are saving and in turn earning far out weighs the few dollars necessary to get the lesser important items and tasks done by someone capable of assisting you.

Getting started with an online business is not really difficult.  The entire process, from the time you decide on a niche until you have a product online for sale can take as little three weeks. Once you have it  ready, you only have to drive traffic to the opt in page you create and build your list.  It take persistance to stay with it and desire to continue learning as you grow.

 A lot of people work with private label rights products to replace their income within a few months of getting started.  These digital products can be purchased very inexpensively and you can edit or rewrite them  or leave them the way they are.  PLR products come with graphics and a sales letter already.  Others will use products you can find at Your Public Domain Expert that are available until they create a product of their own to sell.  Once you can create information products of your own that will bring you years of passive income you your need for other people’s material will become less of a need for your success. 

Make sure that you choose a niche there is a market for and be prepare to change topics when you find that yours has little to no current marketing that can increase you income. Just this weekend I had the opportunity to spend some time with some very successful people in a mastermind session.  The outcome was outstanding and gave light to direction, technology and an insight to ideas to succeed.  A mastermind group is a group of people get together either in person or on the phone to exchange ideas and information.  It is also a way to be accountable in whatever your endeavor is.  These groups meet on a regular basis in order to stay up to date and current with what is going on with each person involved.

Some people use masterminding to grow their business or create new platforms in which to develop for the future.  This is the opportunity that I had the priviledge to be a part of this past week. It was an amazing experience  and I recommend that anyone who is serious about building and improving their business, especially online, find a mastermind group to become a part of.

You may not find a mastermind group that suits you right away so you may have to join more than one to establish the one that works best for you and your business.  Make sure that you communicate your expectations going in. If the group you get involved in does not meet those expectations, let them know where you stand then find a group that does. Once you do find a group, make sure that you are an active member to get the full benefit of the people and information that is within that group.  You will also be able to give things to share so that others in your group can benefit from you.

So many times I have heard people ask this question and yet the answer is so simple.  Don’t just start a business, create a freedom factory.  You can not have a business that runs your life.  You have to actually break free of your business to experience freedom.  So the next question that is asked is, “And just how do you do that?”  And again the answer is quite simple.

In order to create a business that is a freedom factory you have to work hard but not in the sense that you generally know.  You have to work hard for a reletively short period of time and develop systems that will work for you.  These systems should eventually replace you.  Then and only then will you experience freedom.  Freedom to do what you, want when you want and with who you want.

Technology systems are the direction you should move toward.  They can help you create the maximum amount of freedom in a reasonably short period of time.  So what is the number 1 key to building a freedom business of you own?  Develop systems that will replace you in the long run.  When the business runs itself instead of you, it is then when you will have the experience of freedom.
